Each relish is created in 'home-made' quality batches by people, so there's a lot more love poured into every jar compared to the big giant manufactured versions. Every jar also receives an official birthdate sticker when they're made and are bathed, dried and dressed all by hand.

The fresh produce used in our relishes is sourced from Sydney Flemington markets, purchased directly off the growers or producers on behalf of Australian growers, from around NSW, VIC and sometimes even QLD. Where possible our spices and vinegars are also sourced from Australia and purchased from a small local business here in Sydney.
going organic. being green.
We definitely try to use some organic produce in our relishes and passionately support sustainable, natural methods of growing food, thus we're continuously looking at options to do so. We currently grow red chillies and plan on purchasing our own land to grow produce the old fashion way to continue to produce high quality preserves and support organic/non-chemical farming methods.
