Our saucy red capsicum. and red capsicum chilli. relishes are very versatile and go well with everything:

replaces tomato sauce as a more healthy, tasty option
saucy topping for steak, bbq meats, lamb chops, chicken, burgers, hotdogs, pies, quiche, kebabs, pizzas or sangers
mexican flair - use as topping on nachos or add to mince/beans for an extra tasty, spicy flavour
tasty entertainer - dress up the cheese n cracker with a touch of scarlet red relish
pampered pizza - use as base sauce or spoon on top to turn the homemade pizza into a festive treat
 fresh dip - use as is, pour over sour cream or stir in cream cheese, red/spring onion, fresh basil & drizzle of lemon
pompous pasta - whirl thru hot pasta with favourite fresh herbs (like basil or coriander) and/or meat
jolly jaffle - bread, relish n cheese. toasted. jolly good
choice salad - toss thru any salad as a juicy dressing or use as the salads star ingredient

sweet beet n meat - add to pork, chicken, lamb, duck or fish for a fresh beet n citrus flavour
boost any salad with a spoonful - especially salads with feta or honey roasted pumpkin
enrich the traditional sausie, meat patty or rissole with a dollop
ooze all over burgers burgers burgers!
relish as dip with corn chips or blend with hummus for a creamier sensation
mix with nuts (pine/cashew), parmesan & olive oil in a blender for an instant tasty pesto

enrich any eggy meal, like a quiche, flan, fritatta, omellette, savoury pancake or pie

Our sweetly exclusive mango n chilli. relish is great served with any of the following:

piled onto prawns, scallops, oysters, squid, grilled fish (any seafood) as a sweet, spicy sauce
perfect with christmas ham and turkey or to sparkle up any festive season leftovers
sweeten a green salad with a few spoonfuls or whip up a quick summer mango chicken salad
complement a classic curry or intensify any meal as a side dish
for a special treat try drizzled over ice cream or hot breakfast pancakes.
pour over a favourite cheese (like brie, camembert or blue) and dig in with crackers or bread
gourmet-i-fy the timeless hotdog or sausage-in-bread with a good dousing (try fried haloumi)
coat grilled chicken (tandori chicken works too), lamb or pork chops. serve with rice
